5. the Writing Order: Basic Consonants (with some words)

This is the writing order of the basic consonants in Korean. Recommend you to write along.

 

 

* Principles: ① from top to bottom  ② from left to right

 

 

The following are examples of simple words. 

• 고구마[go-gu-ma]: sweet potato
• 나비[na-bi]: butterfly
• 도토리[do-to-ri]: acorn
• 무[mu]: radish
• 사자[sa-ja]: lion
• 초[cho]: candle
• 쿠키[ku-ki]: cookie
• 파이[pa-i]: pie
• 하나[ha-na]: one (1)
